Out of courtesy, please call or message Eileen if you are unable to make an appointment giving at least 48-hours notice.

Eileen does, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do her best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc.

Here is a general breakdown of cancellation fees:

• Less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the treatment amount

• ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of the treatment amount

A deposit per treatment is required to secure your booking. This deposit is taken at the time of booking and will secure your appointment for the requested treatment.

This deposit is redeemable against the cost of your treatment. In the event that an appointment is cancelled deposits are refundable unless they are within 48-hours of the appointment slot.

Failure to attend your appointment or if cancellation is made in a time less than 48-hours prior to your appointment any deposits made will be lost.
